The office of the City Clerk serves to assist and support the Office of the Mayor and the City Council. Many of the daily functions of the City of Columbiana are conducted through the City Clerk’s office. The Clerk is the custodian of records, serves in all Human Resource capacities, manages the financial accounts for the City and the daily operation of the administrative offices at City Hall. The City Clerk serves as the election official for all municpal elections.
Mark Frey was appointed City Clerk of Columbiana in May 2013.
